Climate risk is becoming a new consideration in mortgage lending, with important implications for property values, insurability and the long-term security of mortgage portfolios. Join Derrick Leue, CEO of PROLINK Insurance; Garth Rustand, climate researcher and data scientist; and Kevin Lonsdale, real estate valuation risk advisor, moderated by Stacy Thomson, CEO of CNAREA, for a practical discussion on how Canada’s changing climate is reshaping the fundamentals of real estate risk.
